Editor's Note: Former Art. III, Terms of Office, adopted 3-9-1990
ATM by Art. 62, was superseded 3-11-2005 ATM by Arts. 4, 5 and 6.
It was voted to change the position of Town Clerk from an elected position
to a position appointed by the Selectmen effective upon the expiration of
the current elected term.
