The Town hereby votes to authorize the Selectmen to set certain specifications pertaining to the construction of private ways before said private ways will be accepted as Town ways in accordance with design guidelines as set forth in Article XII. Chapter 148, § 148-49, Traffic conditions, and Article XVII, Chapter 160, § 160-108.1, Procedures for acceptance of proposed Town ways.
