B.
If any person or entity violates this specific section
of the Code of the City of Brigantine or otherwise parks in any space
on public or private property appropriately marked for vehicles for
the physically handicapped when said vehicle being parked therein
has not been appropriately marked or otherwise designated as a vehicle
allowed to be parked in a handicapped space, the fine for a first
violation shall be $250, and for any subsequent offense the fine shall
be at least $250 and up to 90 days' community service on such terms
and in such form as deemed appropriate in the discretion of the Municipal
Court Judge, or any combination thereof.
