Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:23-6.34 to 40:23-6.37,[1] the Mayor and Council of the Borough is authorized to enter into a contract with the Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Bergen to provide for the furnishing by the county to the Borough of any materials and supplies which the Borough may otherwise lawfully furnish or provide to its inhabitants.

The proper municipal officials of the Borough are hereby authorized and empowered to execute, on behalf of the Borough, all such contracts with the County of Bergen as may be authorized and approved by the Mayor and Council of the Borough.
