There shall be a Municipal Court which shall
have and exercise the limited civil and criminal jurisdiction prescribed
by law. The Judge shall be appointed in accordance with law.

The Court shall have a Municipal Court Administrator.
The internal organization of the Court shall be recommended by the
Judge and approved by resolution of the Council.
