The Board of Education of the Township of Montclair shall consist of
seven members, each appointed by the Mayor in accordance with law.
Present members of the Board of Education shall serve out the terms
for which they were originally appointed, but future appointments shall be
made in such manner as shall, as soon as possible, result in all members of
said Board being appointed for terms of three years, with the terms of either
three or two members expiring in each year.
