The Council of the Township of Montclair in
the County of Essex hereby authorizes the Department of Community
Services of the Township of Montclair to assume maintenance of sidewalk
and curb bump-outs and responsibility for snow and debris removal
in the parallel parking spaces located between such bump-outs depicted
on the streetscape plans for both the Watchung Avenue area and Bloomfield
Avenue areas, each county roadways.
A certified true copy of this article shall
be sent to the Essex County Engineer for review and approval by the
Essex County Board of Chosen Freeholders, the terms of this article
to be effective upon the receipt of such approval by the Township
Engineer of Montclair.
