The Village Board desires to reduce expenses with respect to publication
in the Village of Albion official newspaper of duly adopted local laws. The
Village Board has determined that publication of local laws in a consolidated
form together with the posting of such local laws in their entirety will be
sufficient to notify the citizens of the Village of Albion of the contents
of such newly adopted local laws.
The Village Clerk shall, from the effective date of this Article, be
authorized to publish duly adopted local laws in a consolidated form, said
form to be determined by said Village Clerk in such manner that each respective
publication contains the general substance and meaning of such local law.
The Village Clerk shall also post each duly adopted local law in its entirety
in the Village of Albion offices for a period of 10 days following the date
of its adoption.
