A. 
Access to the village garage work areas and to the areas between the garage work areas and the west, north and east boundaries of the land owned by the Village of Albion, except for public highways therein if any, is limited to village employees and others who are authorized access, in writing, by the Superintendent of Streets or his or her designee.
B. 
Persons entering the premises for the purpose of participating in an organized solid waste recycling program at such time as the recycling facility is open and manned and signs are in place indicating the facility is open shall be deemed authorized persons so long as they comply with the rules and regulations of the recycling facility.
C. 
No person who is not an authorized person shall be in such restricted access area at any time.
D. 
The Village Board of Trustees shall, from time to time, adopt by resolution such further rules and regulations to control such restricted area access.
E. 
Signs shall be posted and maintained at each entrance to the area around the garage to inform the public of the restricted access. Such signs shall be of such size and design and placed in such locations as to provide adequate notice.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a village trespass and be subject to a penalty not to exceed $250 or imprisonment not to exceed 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
