This Part 1 shall be known as and cited as the "Mobile Home, Mobile Home Park, Travel Trailer and Travel Trailer Camp Ordinance of the Town of Corinth."
The purpose of this Part 1 is to promote the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community, including the protection and preservation of the natural resources and property of the Town of Corinth and of its inhabitants, by establishing specific requirements and regulations governing the occupancy and maintenance of mobile homes, mobile home parks, travel trailers and travel trailer camps.
This Part 1:
Establishes minimum standards for mobile homes, mobile home parks, travel trailers and travel trailer camps and requirements for the design, construction, alteration, extension and maintenance of mobile home parks and travel trailer camps and related utilities and facilities;
Authorizes the issuance of permits for construction, alteration and extension and operation of mobile home parks and travel trailer camps and the inspection of mobile homes, mobile home parks, travel trailers and travel trailer camps;
Limits the use of mobile homes outside of mobile home parks to no more than one mobile home per lot; and
Fixes penalties for violations.
