A.
Trespassing
prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or remain
without authority upon any public or private property.
B.
Trespassing
upon vacant property. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter
or remain in a vacant building or structure or in a building or structure
which has been deemed unfit for human occupancy pursuant to the New
York State Property Maintenance Code.
