A.
A Traffic Violations Bureau to assist a Village Justice
Court in the disposition of parking and other minor traffic violations
is hereby established in accordance with General Municipal Law § 370.
B.
The Mayor shall appoint, subject to the requirements
of the New York State Civil Service Law and subject to Village Board
confirmation, such persons as may be required to carry out the duties
and responsibilities of the Traffic Violations Bureau.
