A.
Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is hereby declared
to be a violation pursuant to the Penal Law. A person convicted of
violating the same shall be subject to a fine as set annually by resolution
of the Board of Trustees or imprisonment of not more than 15 days
as provided in the Penal Law.

B.
The Building Inspector shall issue and serve appearance tickets with respect to any violation of Article I of this chapter when he or she has reasonable cause to believe that such violation or offense has been committed.
