A.
It shall be unlawful for any person traveling upon
any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates, skateboard
or any toy vehicle to cling to or attach himself or his vehicle to
any other moving vehicle upon any highway.
B.
It shall be unlawful for any operator or driver of
such moving vehicle to permit such clinging or attachment.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park
upon a street any vehicle for the primary purpose of displaying same
for sale.
It shall be unlawful for any person to stop,
stand or park in any street any vehicle for the primary purpose of
displaying advertising.
It shall be unlawful for any person to use or
operate any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates, skateboard
or similar device in any designated place where the same is prohibited.
No traction engine, ditch digger, harrow, plow,
bulldozer or other similar instruments or vehicle or any instrument
or vehicle which by reason of its shape or weight is liable to damage
the surface of the street shall be drawn or propelled over or along
any street or public place in the Village of Sea Cliff.
