Village of Wappingers Falls, NY Article I Awnings Over Sidewalks

§ 132-1 Erection and repair of awnings.

Unless otherwise permitted by Chapter 151 of the Code, it shall not be lawful for any person to erect any new awning across the sidewalks of the Village.

§ 132-2 Penalties for offenses. [1]

For any violation of the foregoing section, the Trustees will order the Police Constable to remove the same.
