§ 47-8 Expiration of terms.

Unless otherwise specified in a resolution appointing an ad hoc committee to assist the Council in carrying out its duties, the term of each member of such committee shall expire on the September 30th following such appointment and the term of each reappointed or succeeding member of such committee shall commence on October 1.
