In accordance with the Town Council's authority under Chapter 98 of the Connecticut General Statutes, use by motor vehicles of that portion of so-called Taine Mountain Road between the westerly end of the cul-de-sac and the Farmington-Burlington Town line is prohibited and the Town Manager is hereby directed to cause the so-called Taine Mountain Road at the Farmington-Burlington Town line to be closed to vehicular traffic.
