City of Rehoboth Beach, DE Article VI Adoption of Existing Building Code

§ 102-15 Adoption of standards.

The International Existing Building Code, 2018 Edition, including Appendix Chapters A and B, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Existing Building Code of the City of Rehoboth Beach, in the State of Delaware, and each and all regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Existing Building Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made part hereof, as if fully set out herein.
