[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of West Hartford

A Fence Authority, consisting of three electors of the Town, under the
provisions of C.G.S. § 47-45 is hereby established. At the expiration
of the term of any member, a member shall be appointed for a term of five
years.
