A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to place any wire or metal fence which has open prongs at the top along any street or sidewalk in the Town.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to place any wire or metal fence which has open prongs at the top between his own premises and those of an adjoining landowner.
C. 
Subsections A and B shall not apply in industrial zones, provided that the prongs on the subject fence are at least 6 1/2 feet above the ground.
