The Town Board of the Town of New Lebanon hereby
establishes the position of Deputy Tax Collector for the Town of New
Lebanon to assist in fulfilling the Tax Collector's duties and further
to act as Tax Collector in the case of either his or her absence or
his or her inability to perform the duties of the office.
The position of Deputy Tax Collector shall be
an appointed position and the Tax Collector of the Town of New Lebanon
will make such appointment.
