A. 
Any person violating § 190-30 hereof shall be liable for and pay the fine(s) as provided by said section.
B. 
Any person violating any of the other provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine as provided in this article.

A. 
Any person violating the provisions of any of the following sections shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $100 for a first offense, a fine not exceeding $200 for a second offense within 18 months of a prior conviction for violating the provisions of the same section and a fine not exceeding $300 for a third offense within 18 months of a prior conviction for violating the provisions of the same section. The sections and their schedules, if any, subject to such fines are:

B. 
Any person violating the provisions of any of the following sections shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $200 for a first offense, a fine not exceeding $400 for a second offense within 18 months of a prior conviction for violating the provisions of the same section, and a fine not exceeding $600 for a third offense within 18 months of a prior conviction for violating the provision of the same section. The sections and their schedules, if any, subject to such fines are:

C. 
Any person violating the provisions of any of the following sections shall be subject to a fine of not less than $30 nor exceeding $50 for a first offense, a fine of not less than $60 nor exceeding $100 for a second offense within 18 months of a prior conviction for violating the provisions of the same section and a fine of not less than $90 nor exceeding 150 for a third offense within 18 months of a prior conviction for violating the provisions of the same section. The sections subject to such fines are:

D. 
The following parking violations shall be subject to a fine of $25 per offense. Failure to pay such fine within seven days of the offense shall result in the fine being doubled to $50 and failure to pay such fine within 30 days of the offense shall result in such fine being tripled to $75.

E. 
Any person violating the provisions of the following section shall be subject to a fine of $50 for a first offense, a fine of $100 plus the New York State mandatory surcharge for a second offense within 18 months of a prior conviction for violating the provisions of the same section and a fine of $150 plus the New York State mandatory surcharge for a third offense within 18 months of the first conviction for violating the provisions of the same section.
