Fires on the beach are prohibited without a
fire permit from the Fire Chief.
Any person, persons, firm or corporation who
or which violates this article shall, upon conviction, be punished
by a civil penalty of $25 for each offense, the money to be paid to
the Town of Wells for the use of the Town.
