use violation, and each such person shall be deemed to have committed
a separate offense for each day or portion thereof during which any

or permitted. Upon conviction of any such violation such person shall
be punished by a civil penalty of not less than $100 nor more than
$2,500 for each violation as provided for by Maine Revised Statutes
Annotated Title 30-A § 4452.
