Under the authority of RSA 215-A:15, the Town of Derry Town Council
hereby enact this chapter controlling the use of OHRVs on the Town of Derry
property.
A person may operate a snowmobile on Derry property at specific locations
as approved by the Town Council as follows:
Other OHRVs may operate on the Town of Derry's property only when and
where the Town Council has issued a permit to do so.
