§ 112-1 Statutory authority.

Under the authority of RSA 215-A:15, the Town of Derry Town Council hereby enact this chapter controlling the use of OHRVs on the Town of Derry property.

§ 112-2 Snowmobiles.

A person may operate a snowmobile on Derry property at specific locations as approved by the Town Council as follows:

A. Railroad corridor from Kendall Pond Road to Windham line.

B. Sheldon Road from Drew Road north to railroad corridor.

C. Poor Farm Road from Strawberry Hill to Bowers Road.

§ 112-3 Other off-highway recreational vehicles.

Other OHRVs may operate on the Town of Derry's property only when and where the Town Council has issued a permit to do so.
