[Adopted 7-23-1969 as Ch. 8 of the
1969 Code]
No person shall permit any horses, cattle, swine
or goats to run at large in the Borough of Eatontown.
Any person violating any of the provisions of
this article shall forfeit and pay upon conviction a fine not exceeding
$50 for each and every offense, or be imprisoned in the county jail
for a term not exceeding 30 days, or both, in the discretion of the
Magistrate, and the said Magistrate shall have the power in default
of the payment of any fine herein provided for in his discretion to
sentence any person so convicted to the county jail for a term not
exceeding 30 days.
