The position of Program and Planning Coordinator
for the Township of Harrison, in the County of Gloucester, is hereby
created and employment of a qualified person for that position if
hereby authorized.
The Program and Planning Coordinator shall be
a person having some experience in municipal government and municipal
finance, and some training or experience in government affairs.
The Program and Planning Coordinator shall perform
such services and have such duties as shall be directed and determined
by the Township Committee other than those required by law to be performed
by the Township Committee itself or by another officer, board or body.
The Program and Planning Coordinator shall be
appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Township
Committee.
The term of office of the Program and Planning
Coordinator shall be at the pleasure of the Township Committee, and
he may be removed at any time by a 2/3 vote of the Township Committee.
