Prior subdivisions composed of lots which are
at least of the currently existing minimum lot size may be used for
any purpose permitted in the zone in which they are located, provided
that such subdivision plat was either granted final approval prior
to the effective date of this chapter, or said subdivision was granted
tentative approval within three years before the effective date of
this chapter and provided further that the final subdivision plat
in either instance shall have been duly filed in the office of the
County Clerk within the time prescribed by law.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances other than Chapter
225, Zoning, which are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

This chapter, adopted December 29, 1975, and
the supplements and amendments thereto, is hereby readopted by reference
as authorized and provided for by the Laws of New Jersey (c. 115,
P.L. 1976). Three copies of the full text of said chapter as amended
and readopted are on file and shall remain on file available for public
inspection in the office of the Township Clerk in the Municipal Building
at Mullica Hill, New Jersey.
