A. 
The following uses are prohibited in every district:
(1) 
Automobile graveyards.
(2) 
An unoccupied mobile home, recreational trailer or vehicle, or other recreational equipment shall not be parked in the front yard area.
(3) 
Privately operated sanitary landfill or trash dump operations.
(4) 
The occupancy for human habitation of any vehicle, recreational trailer, motor home or any other dwelling unit designed for transportation after fabrication.

(5) 
Class 1-6 licensed cannabis establishments as those terms are defined in Section 3 of P.L. 2021, c. 16.[1]

B. 
Outdoor storage of any type shall not be permitted unless such storage is a part of the normal operations conducted on the premises subject to design and performance standards for the prevailing zoning district. Junkyards as defined by this chapter are expressly prohibited.

No motor fuel, kerosene, or household fuels shall be permitted to be sold on any lot within a C-1 Village Center District whether it be a sole use, an accessory use, or combined with any other use or business, including but not limited to a gasoline station, an automobile service station, a service station, a filling station, or a truck stop.

C. 
Except as provided by § 159-9 of the Code of the Township of Harrison, cargo containers are prohibited in every district, except within the PI Planned Industrial District. Permitted cargo containers shall comply with all building setbacks, and the cargo container may not exceed eight feet in width, nine feet in height or 40 feet in length. The exterior of the cargo container shall be painted a uniform solid color, and no visible rust may be present. No cargo container shall be served by electricity, water or plumbing. No cargo container shall be visible from any roadway servicing the property.
