Village of Ocean Beach, NY Article VIB Coastal Erosion Hazard Area Management

§ 164-51 Administration.

The Village of Ocean Beach hereby returns responsibility and authority to administer the Coastal Erosion Management Program within its jurisdiction back to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation pursuant to Article 34 of the New York Environmental Conservation Law.
