[Adopted 5-21-1996 by Ord. No. 136-5-96; amended in its entirety 5-17-2011 by Ord. No. 231-05-211]
The Board of Supervisors of North Codorus Township, York County, Pennsylvania, has determined that the attorney fees established in §
84-2 of this article are sufficient and appropriate to cover the Township's actual costs in filing municipal and tax liens and accurately reflect the actual time spent by the Township's Solicitor to perform the services itemized in the fee schedule set out in §
84-2 and the costs paid by the Township for such services. Therefore, the Board of Supervisors declares the fees set out in §
84-2 herein to be consistent with the Municipal Claim and Tax Lien Law, as amended, 53 P.S. § 7101 et seq.
