Township of North Codorus, PA Article III Permit Requirements for On-Lot Systems

§ 146-15 Permit or plan revision required.

A permit or plan revision for or about the installation, construction or maintenance of an on-lot sewage system shall be required in compliance with the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act, 35 P.S. § 750.1 et seq., including, but not limited to, a system installed or intended to be installed on land or a subdivided lot containing 10 acres or more where any part of the same is located within North Codorus Township. No exemption from a permit or an otherwise required plan revision shall exist under § 7(a) of the Sewage Facilities Act for an on-lot sewage system on land or a subdivided lot containing 10 acres or more where any part of the same is located in North Codorus Township.

§ 146-16 Violations and penalties.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be subject to the civil and criminal penalties and to any other enforcement remedies contained in the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act.
