Any person, firm or corporation desiring to conduct retail sales on the holidays specified in RIGL 5-23-2 shall first obtain a license pursuant to said state law and in accordance with § 158-6.
A. 
The annual fee for such license shall be as specified in Chapter 121, Fee Schedule.
B. 
All licenses issued hereunder shall expire in accordance with § 158-8.
A. 
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate the provisions of this article shall be fined not more than $500 for the first offense and not more than $1,000 for each additional offense.
B. 
All members of the Police Department are authorized to enforce the provisions of this article.
