Every person who maintains or operates within the Town of Fulton a travel
trailer park shall obtain a travel trailer park permit from the Town of Fulton.
The permit shall be issued from January 1 through December 31.
The application for the permit shall be in writing and signed by the
applicant or the applicant's agent. The applicant shall include the following
information in the application:
D. Business and residential phone number of applicant.
A person holding a travel trailer park permit shall provide the following
information regarding all travel trailers and decks, porches and other such
structures associated with travel trailers located in the travel trailer park
as of January 1 of that year to the Town Clerk/Treasurer by February 1 of
each year:
A. Identification number of each such trailer and associated
structures.
B. Name and address of the owner(s) of each such trailer
and associated structures.
C. The lot or site number of other such designation of the
location of each such trailer and associated structures.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a forfeiture as provided in Chapter
1, §
1-4 and Chapter
20, Citations, of this Code. Each day a violation exists shall constitute a separate violation. In addition, court costs and costs of prosecution shall be assessed for each violation.
