With the exception of local deliveries, it shall
be unlawful for any person or persons to drive any vehicle or combination
having a gross weight in excess or 7,000 pounds on Packer Hill in
the Borough of Jim Thorpe from its intersection with Hazard Square
to its intersection with Center Avenue.

one-way traffic on Packer Hill between November 15 and May 1, which
was amended 3-11-1999 by Ord. No. 99-1 and which immediately preceded
this subsection, was repealed 1-9-2003 by Ord. No. 2003-02.

Any person or persons who violates this article
shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 plus $150
for each 500 pounds, or parts thereof, in excess of 3,000 pounds over
the maximum allowable weight, and costs.
