The City of Egg Harbor City, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey
hereby adopts a personnel manual to be known as the "City of Egg Harbor City
Personnel Manual," First Printing: June 24, 1999.
A copy of said "City of Egg Harbor City Personnel Manual" shall be maintained
with a copy of this chapter in the Clerk's office of the City of Egg
Harbor City, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, and be made available
to all city employees and members of the public upon request and adequate
notice for a copy of same.
