There shall be the following departments in
the Township:
A. Departments.

The head of a department, subject to the code
and the approval or direction of the Municipal Administrator, shall:
A. Prescribe the internal organization of the work of
his/her department.
B. Direct and supervise subordinate officers and employees
of the department and make, alter and enforce individual work assignments.
C. Approve or disapprove employee time sheets, bills
and claims chargeable to departmental appropriations.
D. Maintain such records of work performance and unit
costs thereof as may be approved or required by the Municipal Administrator.
E. Provide such information and reports on the work of
the department as may from time to time be required by the Township
Committee or Municipal Administrator.
F. Exercise such other or different powers of administrative
supervision and direction as the Municipal Administrator may delegate
to him/her.

The Deputy Court Clerk shall do and perform
all acts and things required by law, statute or Township ordinance
and the rules and regulations of the Municipal Court Department. The
Deputy Court Clerk shall perform such other duties as may be required
by the Municipal Administrator, department head or such other supervisory
personnel within that department.

A. Establishment. The position of secretarial assistant/confidential
is established and created in the Township.
B. Duties. The duties of the secretarial assistant/confidential
shall be the collecting of information, undertaking research and handling
general matters of the Administrator's office where confidentiality
is a major concern by reason of the processing of matters dealing
with the Township Committee, employee relations, fiscal affairs and
such other duties as assigned from time to time.
