Smoking is not permitted in any area in City Hall.
Smoking will be permitted in an area out of doors designated by the Public Health Officer of the city.
Signs indicating "No Smoking" or the international no smoking symbol, which consists of a pictorial representation of a burning cigarette enclosed in a red circle with a red bar across it, shall be clearly, sufficiently and conspicuously posted at each entrance to the building. The city shall provide this policy to all city employees and will post conspicuously.
The enforcement officer of this act shall be the New York State Department of Health, Herkimer District Office. Complaints may be registered to this Department.
