It shall be unlawful for any person to affix or cause to be affixed
to any tree, electric light or telephone pole in any street within the city,
any printed bills or other advertising matter. Every person violating this
article shall be deemed guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of not
more than $250, imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both such fine
and imprisonment.
