The City Council presently maintains a facility
commonly known as the "Northwest Community Center," which is located
at 520 North Grand, El Reno, Oklahoma, which is available for use
by the public under the following conditions and regulations, as set
out in this article, which shall be followed.

All alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the building at all
times.
The City shall have the right to refuse the
use of the building to groups, organizations or individuals who or
which have abused the building or violated the provisions of this
article. The application shall be denied by the board of directors
previously appointed by action of the City Council. In the event a
party is aggrieved by a decision by the board of directors of the
Northwest Community Center, said party may, within 10 days of said
refusal, appeal to the City Council, which will hear said appeal at
its next regular meeting.
The City reserves the right for its agents to
inspect the facility during activities scheduled.

Smoking is not permitted in the Northwest Community
Center under any circumstances.
The facility may not be used for commercial
use. This includes sale of goods and/or services, or charges of admission
to events.
