The office of the Mayor shall be assisted in conducting its areas of responsibility for the City through the establishment of the following departments:
A. 
Department of Administrative Services.
B. 
Department of Community Planning and Economic Development.

C. 
Department of Public Works.
D. 
Department of Public Safety.
E. 
Department of Neighborhood Engagement.

Each department director shall conduct such department director's particular areas of responsibility for the City as established under Articles III, IV, VI, VII and VIII.
