§ 5-8 Subordinate functional areas.

The Department of Administrative Services, in addition to the office of the Director, shall consist of the following subordinate functional areas and shall conduct all of the appropriate areas of responsibility associated therewith:

Office of the City Controller and the City Treasurer (administrative functions only).

Bureau of Information Services.

Bureau of Human Resources.

Bureau of Procurement and Collections.

Bureau of Accounting.

Office of Grants.

All areas of responsibility undertaken by the former Department of Finance immediately prior to the merger of said Department with the Department of Administrative Services.

§ 5-9 Authorities, boards and commissions.

The office of the Director of the Department of Administrative Services or its subordinate functional areas shall, in addition to all other appropriate areas of responsibility, interact, where applicable, with the various authorities, boards and commissions of the City appropriate to the Department of Administrative Services.

§ 5-10 Transfer of areas of responsibility.

The subordinate functional area of the Office of Customer Services, Tax Administration and Water and Sewer Billing is hereby terminated and all areas of responsibility heretofore conducted by the Office of Customer Services, Tax Administration and Water and Sewer Billing shall hereafter be conducted by the Bureau of Procurement and Collections of the Department of Administrative Services.
