The purpose of this district is to provide retail shopping and service facilities that serve the needs of the general community and are located on arterial and collector streets in appropriate locations to allow convenient access and to minimize traffic impacts on neighborhoods and local streets.
In the C-1 General Commercial District, only the following uses are authorized:
