[Adopted 4-26-1988 as Ch. 2, Art. II of the 1988 Code]
There shall be a Clerk of Committees, to be
chosen by vote of the City Council, who shall enter upon the duties
of such office immediately after his election thereto and hold the
same at the will of the City Council. He shall make a proper record,
in books kept for the purpose, of all transactions and keep a calendar
of all meetings of the committees of which he is Clerk.
All standing committees of the City Council
shall act only at committee meetings duly assembled, and no business
other than to adjourn shall be transacted at any committee meeting
unless a majority of the committee is actually present.
