After 21 days. If the basic fine provided for in § 266-132 above is not paid by the offender within 21 days of notice of parking violation as provided for in MGL c. 90, § 20A, there shall be added to the basic fine an additional fine of $5 for each violation, as authorized by that statute.
After notice to Registrar of Motor Vehicles. If the basic fine and any additional fine provided for in § 266-132 and Subsection A above are not paid by the offender before notice thereof from the Parking Clerk to the Registrar of Motor Vehicles, as provided for in MGL c. 90, § 20A, there shall be added to the basic fine and additional fine another additional fine of $5 for each violation, as authorized by that statute.
The basic fine and any additional fine provided for
in this article shall be payable to the City Parking Clerk as provided
in MGL c. 90, § 20A, and in accordance with the violation
notice.
The basic fine and the additional fine provided for
in this article shall be applicable for each and every violation,
including the first violation in any calendar year (commencing with
calendar year 1983).
Nothing in this article shall be deemed to be intended
to waive any other powers and remedies available to the City to enforce
applicable statutes, regulations, ordinances or the Code of the City
pertaining to parking violations.
