A. 
The hours of operation for the parks and recreation areas within the Borough of Spring Lake shall be from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily, except as set forth in § 114-9 establishing the curfew for the beach area.
B. 
No person or persons shall remain within the park or recreation area after the hour of 11:00 p.m.
C. 
The hours of operation for the Mountz School Outdoor Facilities shall be from 8:30 a.m. to sundown.
D. 
The hours of operation for all racquet and basketball courts shall be from 8:00 a.m. to sundown, except for the Paddle Tennis Courts at Marucci Park which shall be 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
This article includes, but is not limited to, the following parks and recreation areas: Divine Park, Pazienza Park, Eleanor Lawrence Park, Marucci Park, Lake Como, and Potter Park.
Every person, firm, association, organization or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be liable to the penalty stated in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty.
