Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140, there be and is hereby
created the position of Township Engineer of the Township of West Amwell,
Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
The term of said Township Engineer shall be for three years, beginning
January 1 next following his appointment.
The salary and compensation of the Township Engineer shall be fixed
and determined by the governing body on an annual salary or fixed-fee basis
or at an hourly rate and based upon actual time and expenses agreed on prior
to the rendering of his services.
