Smoking, including vaping and similar activities, is prohibited
at all Town of Henrietta facilities, including all buildings of the
Town of Henrietta and lands associated therewith, as well as all parks
and conservation lands of the Town of Henrietta.
A person who violates this chapter shall be subject to a fine
as set forth in New York Public Health Law Article 13-E.
