A. 
Any person convicted of a traffic infraction for a violation of any provision of this chapter or for operating a motor vehicle in violation of any traffic control device installed pursuant to the provisions of § 273-2 of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties provided in § 1800 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
B. 
Failure to respond to the issued summons will result in forwarding a report to the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles under the Scofflaw Law.
